                                          Welcome to the Meghalaya Police Website ! Here you will find information about Meghalaya Police, its mission statement, contact numbers, update on missing persons and vehicles, human trafficking cases as well as crime update. Also, there are tips on how the common man can help in crime prevention and on his/her personal security.

                            Constant endeavour is made to fulfill the expectations of the public and to guide them on important topics like registration of a First Information Report, arrests, safeguards against arbitrary arrests and Citizens' Charter. Further,  a page has been exclusively dedicated to the Right to Information Act, 2005.

                            We constantly attempt to reach out to the public at large to whom we are committed to render our service, 24 x 7.
